Pleasant 80 m² vacation home located in Vic-sur-Cère (15800), in the Cère valley in the heart of the Cantal region.
First floor: entrance, laundry room with separate toilet and washing machine (public dryer nearby), kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and electrical appliances. 40 m² living and dining area with sofa bed (140 cm), armchair, TV, 5-person table. Baby equipment: cot, bath, high chair, booster seat and deckchair.
Upstairs, a large bedroom (bed 160) with access to a balcony and unobstructed view of Vic sur Cère, ideal for pleasant breakfasts or simple reading times, a second bedroom (bed 140), a children's bedroom (bed 90) with large dressing room and a bathroom with WC.
During your stay, you'll enjoy the terrace and 200 m² enclosed garden, where you'll find a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
