A charming 80-square-meter vacation home located in Vic-sur-Cère (15800), in the Cère Valley in the heart of the Cantal department.
On the ground floor: entryway, laundry room with separate restroom and washing machine (public dryer nearby), and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and other appliances. A 40 m² living room and dining area with a sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a table that seats 5 people. Baby equipment: travel crib, baby bathtub, high chair, booster seat, and baby bouncer.
Upstairs, a large bedroom (160-size bed) with access to a balcony and an unobstructed view of Vic-sur-Cère—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or quiet reading—a second bedroom (140-size bed), a children’s bedroom (90-bed) with a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy the terrace and a 200 m² enclosed garden; a barbecue, patio furniture, and lounge chairs are at your disposal.
You’ll have access to free parking nearby (in front of the house or at the train station parking lot, 100 meters away)
